Terms and Conditions

Effective September 22, 2026. These terms cover your use of drivehopefoundation.com and the way a vehicle donation to Drive Hope Foundation works. By using the site or donating a vehicle, you agree to them.

Donating a vehicle

When you offer a vehicle, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to donate it, and that the information you give us is accurate. We can accept vehicles that run and vehicles that do not, but we may decline a vehicle at our discretion, and we will tell you if we do.

Pickup is free and scheduled with you. We handle the towing, the title transfer, and the paperwork. Once your vehicle has been picked up and the title signed over, the donation is complete.

Your donation receipt

Drive Hope Foundation is a registered name of Cars 4 Grads, a 501(c)(3) organization, EIN 99-2103366. We provide a donation receipt for your records. What you can deduct depends on your own tax situation and the rules that apply to vehicle donations, so please talk to a tax professional about your return. Nothing on this site is tax advice.

Using this site

We work to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but it is provided as is. It is general information about our foundation and our donation process, not professional advice. Where the site links to other websites, those sites have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.

Please use the donation form only to donate a vehicle. Submissions that are automated, false, or unrelated to a donation may be discarded.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
